Brandon and his crew treated our home like their own

We would like to express our appreciation and our gratitude for the amazing job done by American Construction Company on our recent home project. American Construction Company replaced our roof, windows, siding and doors and they exceeded our expectations. It was a daunting process choosing a contractor, but Brandon went above and beyond answering all our questions and was patient with us as we made our decisions. We value Brandon’s integrity, knowledge and trustworthiness. We are so thankful we went with American Construction Company.

Brandon and his crew treated our home like their own. We can’t say enough about Scott, the foreman. He is very detailed oriented and went above and beyond on the project on a daily basis. Scott went out of his way to make everything perfect and he should take great pride in his workmanship because his work is outstanding. Scott was always attentive to our questions and concerns, and he answered everything with patience and knowledge.

Over the weeks they were working, Scott and Bob had to endure unusually rainy weather, cold, and even snow! Yet, we never heard them complain and they were always cheerful and friendly. We so appreciate their hard work and efforts. Their work ethic is outstanding – they were always on time, worked long days and did a great job cleaning up each day. Over the weeks, Brandon, Scott & Bob became like family.

Our finished home looks amazing and better than we ever dreamed. American Custom Construction certainly exceeded our expectations and we are so thankful and appreciative that they did our project. We would strongly recommend them to anyone!

“Brandon, I just wanted to thank you for everything you did to help us make our house more functional for our family. I also wanted to let you know that American Custom Construction stood out from any other contractor we met with from the first day all the way through the end of the project.

Your professionalism and consistent callbacks are something we were very impressed with and came to rely on. We always knew you would call us back that same day even before our project started (which isn’t something you get from many contractors). Thank you again for all of your patience in the many “just one more changes” I had, especially rebuilding the wall we had you take down; and all of the nonsense we went through with the township.

Mark and I also loved the fact that you made suggestions to enhance our addition, some of which saved us money. The simple fact of the moving the addition to the other side of the house to save us $10,000 was something we wouldn’t have ever came up with on our own, nor did any other contractor. We were also amazed at how clean your entire staff kept the work area, the yard, and the inside of the house every day. When we were planning this project I expected the worst, including giving up my working from home a couple days a week. I was very excited that I never had to do that. Your concern to keep our life as “normal” as possible for as long as possible was greatly appreciated, especially since the kitchen was part of our project. You and your crew were great! They were always very friendly and had a great attitude not only towards us, but to our neighbors as well.

A Contractor You Can Trust!

“My wife and I wanted to gut and remodel our master bathroom. Our plan was to change plumbing, move a window, add electrical and have a large glass enclosed shower with a wall to wall vanity. We interviewed 5 contractors in all and Brandon Kovacs at American Custom Construction was by the far the best of the group. One of the most important qualities we wanted in our contractor was trust. From the moment we met Brandon we felt like we could trust him. In his initial consultation he emphasized the importance of making the shower water proof. He explained to us in great detail the custom shower pan he uses as well as the Denz Shield process for the the shower walls. Brandon helped us plan out the details of our bathroom and worked with us on planning out the tile pattern. He made several trips to our house as well as met us at a few stores to go over tile planning and placement.  Brandon’s lead carpenter Scott was awesome to work with as well. Scott answered all of my wife’s questions when she stopped by during lunch and had a great attention to detail with top of the line finish work.  During the beginning stages of construction we discovered a previous plumbing issue. Brandon explained to us what his plans were to correct it and gave us a few options of how to proceed.  He was willing to work with us because of the extra cost and made sure we were comfortable in our final decision. We talked with Brandon several times during construction to review completed work and ask questions. He fielded every question and took the time to explain in detail what was done and what the future plan was. In the end we have a custom SPA-like bathroom thanks to Brandon, that is built to last.  We would recommend American Custom Construction to anyone looking for a contractor. Brandon is honest, knows what he is doing and does not cut corners. Additionally when Brandon and his team were completed for the day they left the house very clean. We plan on using Brandon for all future home renovations. 

The icing on the cake, my wife and I are having a baby in July and because of the wonderful rapport we established with Brandon he offered to paint the baby’s room as a gift to us!”
