Project Description:

Converted a stand-alone garage from three doors to two doors to accommodate the size of the owner’s vehicle.

We removed the center supports and ran a 5 ¼” by 14’ parallam header to span the distance of the 3 car garage door opening to alleviate the need for any pier footings work, saving the homeowners that added expense. Installed two new Clopay garage doors (home owners choosing). Insulated all affected areas in the garage. Sided the gable wall with CertainTeed Mainstreet double 4” double clap board
