Our clients wanted to finish their basement to create extra living space for their family. They needed an area where they could hang out and where the kids could also play. After talking to our clients about their “want list” for their basement we were able to plan out a basement renovation that would meet all of their wants and needs.

A basement is often a blank canvas for contractors, so we needed to start from scratch to make this space livable. We began with waterproofing, adding studs, and adding insulation. From there we could add sheetrock for a finished look. From there we spackled and painted. New flooring was added as were new railings down the stairs. We also added AC duct work so that our clients could enjoy their new space in cool comfort. Our clients love enjoying their newly finished basement.
